We will supply e-tickets and confirmations via e-mail for all arrangements.  We directly charge the credit
card on file for all travel arrangements.  Hotels require a credit card authorization to be on file for all
the hotel bookings that are being paid by the company.  We will forward a copy of the final bills from the
hotel for all credit card authorization purchases.  Monthly we will bill the sponsor company for our fees
and any service charges.  Airlines offer ticket exchanges at a substantial cost with change fees ranging
from $50 to $400 per ticket without name changes.  Name changes are never allowed, tickets are issued at
your request based on the best available price, however; full fare, changeable and first class tickets are
also available that may offer changes without fees.  Frequent fliers are offered exchanges without fees if
they have reached higher levels of membership.  Hotels are booked at best available rate, AARP or senior
rates based on the clients criteria.
