meeting in style on budget

Below are actual photos of a December midsize meeting arranged for a loyal client of 10 years.  Every year I design a new concept!
Small company meeting December 2017, resort style
Snack bar for provided for our clients meeting. Food and Beverage are always important.
Outdoor lunch during meetings refreshes the attendees, improves afternoon sessions. Meals in the sun are always refreshing
Team Building Event set up for this corporate meeting in December 2017. Bringing the team together at the end of the meetings for fun, laughter, spirit and team work.
Evening dinners each night the attendees didn't need to leave the resort. Glamours dinner buffets allow for socializing and relaxing with amazing culinary treats.
The buffet station for our dinners each night.
We celebrated the year at Georges, we decided to do a buy out to make this extra special, 6 course meal, elegant restaurant, location, classy, scrumptious food, excellent wines, beverages and service. Great value for mid size groups with spouses in celebration.
Resort offered outdoor dining or al Fresco. What can be wrong with a nice glass of wine by an outdoor fireplace.
When I design your events small, medium or large it's about the personality of the company first! In the planning stages we take into many important aspect of your company.  It's important to create a meeting matching the values, style of the company or companies founders. I find spending time understanding who your are first before creating an event results in successful events.  Generic meeting planners are everywhere; hotels and resorts will offer to create a meeting based on their cookie cut programs.  We don't have cookie cut programs or simple templates for meetings.  It's about you, not us, not the resort allowing us to personalize the experience while taking the stress out of meetings for the company as well as the attendees.  I feel no matter the venue it's important to avoid sterile meetings if at all possible allowing for creativity of your team members to flow.  Most people don't like meetings, they find them tedious, boring or often structure around a lecture or cold agendas!  Why not bring your meetings to an event without taking away from the meeting itself.

I work with many different companies that know my personality and hands on methods.  When I create an event, I'm hands on at all times during the meetings or events in the background watching over for the slightest need, anticipating needs provocatively.

Points that come into the planning:
  • The style & values of your company
  • Budget, Theme, End results you're targeting
  • Inspiring environment for creativity and team building
  • Seamless planning to allow no attendees to have a need
  • Assuring your investment in your team meetings, events are rewarding
  • Special touches are also considered, logo items, gifts, surprises & amazing value
Thank you for reviewing.  I am looking forward to working with you and your company for your next event.  Let's put your meeting together with exciting meals with evening R & R to refresh the team before the early start the next morning.

At your service,
Michael
