Corporate Travel Program Overview

Clients come with different needs, requirements and individual support.  No two people are the same nor are any two corporate or business clients.  A quick introduction to some of our work may help you decide to call me about your needs.  Whether a small office with 2 staff members, design firm with 20, consulting firm with 60 or a law firm with 900;  we have a program that is cost effective.

  • Emails or text messages answered within 15 minutes. (exclusive to our clients registered with us)
  • 24 / 7 staff on call for all urgent travel issues while on the road everyone has a direct number to call.
  • Air travel program, managed within your travel guidelines.  We book all flights per your guidelines of class and restrictions.
  • We monitor all flights, we're aggressive about booking back ups or alternate plans in advance if we see a potential issue.
  • Hotels are booked at the lowest rates available, monitor rate changes, set up negotiated rates for extremely large volume clients. 
  • Rental car costs can also be controlled with negotiated rates we currently have with a major car company.
  • Transfers, we've partnered with the top transfer company offering two levels of service in most markets
  • Dinner reservations for an important meeting, participants focus on meeting! All billing is done behind the scenes.

A short overview of several programs we have in place, each is designed to meet our current clients needs.  Your needs may be different or require a special cost structure designed for you.  Options are listed below:
  • Per transaction fees, billed at time of transaction.
  • Monthly billing based on activity, transactions and services provided.
  • Flat monthly fee option based on the travel needs and standard services provided.
  • Retainers accepted for 6 month / 12 month periods. Reconciliation provided at the end of respective periods.
